Anniversary cake...

Choc moist cake with choc ganache topping......aku selalu ada masalah bila org nak order choc ganache topping atas kek..coz aku tak terror... tapi kali ni aku gagahkan juga utk terima order ni... Alhamdulillah... I manage to do it!!! sukanya rasa....

This order came from Nurul (Triang)... dah beberapa kali dak Nurul order dgn aku... harap Nurul puas hati dgn kek ni...

Fondant Bear Wedding Cake...

Another cake ordered by Sara (KLMU).... for me, this is the biggest challenge so far, coz I'm not used to deco a fondant cake other than flowery design....

* Masa mula2 dpt order ni, serba salah juga...sebab Sara minta aku buat exactly mcm yg dia bg contoh... bila tgk pada cth tu, mmg blh tau yg kek tu dari blog kak wiz... fuhh....mmg mencabar... sapa yg tak kenal kak wiz, hasil kerja tgnnya sgt2 berseni & cantik... so, jenuh gakla aku belek sana sini... dan aku pun cakap kat Sara, roses atas kek tu aku ubah warna.. aku guna merah instead of pink... nasib baik Sara ok... yg lain2 kena follow, termasukla tulisan pada kek tu.... So, aku pun dah minta kebenaran kak wiz utk "copycat" the design...takut la org marah lak sebab tiru kan..padahal tak berniat, cuma customer yg insist nak mcm tu...

So, this is the outcome....

**** I received this sms from Sara *** :-

"Kak. Thanks sbb buatkan kek utk sara, cantik, dpt pujian, bkn shj menarik tp sdp sgt. Tq kak..."

Alhamdulillah... glad to hear that from Sara & thanks again for your trust in me...

Flower Fondant Cake...

Order from Sara (KLMU)... She gave me example of the fondant cake & wanted me to follow the design.. if i'm not mistaken, it was from Chepah's... I just change the ribbon colour to make it a bit different..

From twins to their grandparents...

Order came from Nurul (Shah Alam) for her parents in law in Temerloh.. I knew her from FP world (now has moved to blog)... her PIL used to live next door to my house (but believe it or not we never met in person - I mean nurul & me)... lagipun mak dia stay sekejap je (tak sampai 3bln kot), pastu pindah kat tmn lain tapi still dkt dgn tmn perumahan aku ni gak..

Nurul requested a very simple design... lebih kurang camnila sms dia "buat simple2 je... buat bunga2 sikit, pastu ada wording - FROM : DAYINI & DAYANA"... ni sempena BD twins dia, tok ma & tok abah tak dpt dtg Shah Alam utk celebrate...*** hodohnya tulisan aku tu... naper la lately mcm takde mood je dgn deco ni... kena mandi bunga la mcm ni.. ***

Another 100pcs cupcakes...

I almost forgotten about these cupcakes that I've made last monday... Ordered by Kak Taharah (50pcs) & the balance goes to few friends who works with hubby (org2 yg sama yg pernah order sblm ni.. saje beli utk mkn2...)... No specific theme, so I just did the same simple design with different colors...

Simple Wedding Cake...

This CMC wedding cake is for my hubby's cousin... "Selamat Pengantin Baru" to Eija & Azrul.. semoga berbahagia selalu... at first I'm planning of making roses using choc ganache, tapi blm cukup ilmu utk buat la... so, buat jela bunga drop flowers... Kalau ikut Eija, dia nak deco yg simple, plain je... tapi tak mcm kek kawin la pulak..aku yg memandai tambah2 bunga2an ni.. harap Eija puas hati ya... hmm...alamak board terlebih besar la.. takde stok yg kecik, bantai jela kan...
