This set goes to my very loyal customer, Kak Niah (MPT).... she is among my earliest customer & it's been a while since I last made the cupcakes for her... (kalau ikutkan, Kak Niah ni sentiasa request my cc kalau ada extra, cuma tak sempat je nak buat coz balance cc my son terus bawa ke sekolah utk dijual..hehehe... site income utk dia tu....) So, this time, I dah reserved awal2 balance cc ni utk Kak Niah... (bising je my son coz dia kata kwn2 dia nak beli)... kena tunggu turn ya mcm ni... :D


Deco ni spontaneuous je kluar, sebab masa tu lama gak termenung dpn cc nak deco mcm mana... at last, I came up with this one... (*pic without flash)

TNB theme...

Order came from Jem (kalau tak silap dia ni kat Johor, kalau salah tlg betulkan akak ya jem) to her sister in law who works at TNB Temerloh... gigih tau aku melukis logo TNB ni..nampak mudah, tapi blh tahan gakla..... maklumla keras tgn kan... hubby lak takde, outstation...nak tak nak kena buat sendiri...huhu...


Jem... harap awak puas hati ya... sori sebab tak include logo JPS sebab tgk logo tu mcm payah sikit (w/pun cuma garis2...coz kalau lukis tak elok, nampak sgt cacatnya nanti...)

Purple & White 3 tiers Wedding Cakes...

Habsah (Maran - Majlis Perbandaran Maran), ordered this wedding cake for her wedding... I thought she knew me because of my hubby (coz hubby mmg kenal dgn dia, rupanya tak)... so, after the arrangement is made, then only I told her about my hubby.. mmg dia kenal pun... hehehe... keciknya dunia ye...she requested 3-tiers cake (2 tiers of cakes & the top part is cupcakes)... and she wanted me to follow the design that I made to Yatie's sister, but I said to her I will make some adjustment on the design.. tak nak la buat yg serupa, nanti tak variety... so, I came up with this (still with cornelli style - suka buat cornelli ni w/pun tgn penat)....

Bottom part... kek ni 3 layers (biasanya buat 2 layers je, ni kes tak cukup tebal)...Vanilla sponge cake with bluberry fillings (kek size 12")... notis tak susunan bunga gumpaste atas kek tu??? aku mmg saje susun mcm tu... bunga tu dah dicabut satu persatu, aku susun semula mcm tu.. siap dgn net tu aku letak sekali... hehehe.. :D

Middle part... chocolate sponge cake with chocolate fillings (kek size 9")...tapi dlm gambar nampak kecik la pulak... hmmm...

Altogether... in the tiers... tak sah kalau tak test letak dlm ni... tapi masa nak letak tu berpuluh2 kali baca Bismillah..takut sgt tersentuh kek2 tu (mcm yg pernah kena sebelum ni)..mau nangis aku dibuatnya... dahla buat deco ni start dari 4am, siap semua kul 9am..sebab tghari tu nak bertolak ke Kuantan... bawa anak2 bercuti sebelum sekolah start......


Ole2 dari Habsah.. TQ so much ya... makanan masa kenduri semalam sedap!!! - kitorang sempat singgah, w/pun dah lewat (singgah tu sebab Habsah suruh ambik terus tiers yg dia sewa, senang katanya tak yah nak hantar kat aku, betul gak tu)...

I received an order from Fatimah (Australia).. she wanted to give her bestfriend a set of cupcakes as a wedding gift... it's so easy dealing with Fatimah coz she gave me a very specific instruction & everything was so clear... so, I came-up with this one (actually design ni Fatimah yg request, dia nak mcm cc yg Layla punya)...I hope Fatimah will satisfied with the outcome.. and thank you again for your order.....

3 tiers Wedding Cakes...

Hani (Temerloh) ordered this 3 tiers cakes for her wedding..Hani ni dah pernah order kek hantaran masa bertunang dulu... this time utk wedding dia lak... and actually she gave me the design (if I'm not mistaken, from my sifu - Kak Ayu Loveliana, but I change a little bit)...



My roses... 3,5,7 petals... tgk kat buku wilton....gamble je buat... coz aku jarang buat roses yg petal byk2 ni..




And for the middle cake, I though of putting the roses around the cake, but I couldn't do it... percubaan gagal... rose tu mcm nak jatuh... nak kena berguru la utk letak roses keliling kek...pastu nak dijadikan cerita, contact no Hani pun takde, so tak dpt nak inform dia (sebelum ni kitorang deal thru email, betul2 terlupa nak minta no dia)... last2 aku gamble je buat mcm ni... sib baik Hani ok..tu yg nampak board tu byk space sebab konon2nya nak letak roses keliling kek tu... Sori ya Hani, tak dpt memenuhi design yg awak nak..

Maroon & White Cupcakes...

This fondant cc is also for Nurina... the same theme color... this is my 2nd fondant cupcakes... This time, I used the roses that I made (finally dpt buat bunga sendiri, eventhough tak sekemas & secantik org lain)... and what I like most is that I have the chance to crimp the cc (mmg dah lama nak try buat, sebab dulu pernah belajar dari Kak Mis, cuma blm dpt praktikkannya... kalau tgk crimping2 ni, fiza selalu dak buat pada cc fondant dia... bila crimp kat keliling cc ni nampak kemas.. cantik je mata memandang...)

Masa hantar both kek & cupkek ni, aku dah risau...coz, aku tgk semuanya serba hijau.... dlm hati, betul ke nurina ni request maroon sebab takde pun ciri2 maroon pada khemah & yg sewaktu dgnnya... bila check email, mmg betul la maroon... ishh...risaunya... hope semua ok laa..

Maroon & White Fondant Cake...

I made this fondant cake last Friday nite... (last week has been very hectic for me... that's what I call baking marathon.. hehehe..).. This one is for Nurina (Paya Pulai - she is my schoolmate's couzin)... she requested the design (however I change a bit, instead for making frills at the bottom, I make the pearl).. ni kes nak try acuan yg aku beli dulu la... baru ni berkesempatan nak guna..


Design bunga2 from middle & jatuh ke bawah ni idea dari Nurina sendiri... dia cuma bagi gambaran.. so, this is the best that I could imagine... kalau silap, minta maaf ya... rasanya mcm betul dah dia nak mcm ni...
