Blue hantaran cuppies...

Aswirah (from Bera - if I'm not mistaken), called me to order cupcakes for engagement... she requested blue turqoise + white theme... some of the arrangement of the flowers was inspired from fiza (chiquecakes).... TQ fiza...

Quite happy with my handwriting this time (w/pun tak secantik org lain.. :P)

*** Info utk Jue (coz aku tau kau mesti tanya punya nanti...ni aku standby jawapan siap2)
- yg entry sebelum ni, rose tu aku guna nozzle 131 cap ayam (kalau wilton tak pasti no berapa, bentuknya lain sikit dari 191 ni)
- entry yg ni lak, rose besar ni aku guna 191 wilton (at last aku berjaya bentukkan, w/pun tak secantik org lain punya), dan rose yg kecik tu aku guna 255 wilton (nozzle ni cantik, aku suka guna).

My return customer Eriey (Triang), ordered this 50pcs cupcakes for her students... since she didn't specify any theme, it make things easier for me... yg penting deco yg warna-warni & ceria, maklumla utk bdk2 mkn...

TQ so much ya eriey... mmg senang berurusan dgn eriey ni...lain kali order lagi ya... jauh tu dari Triang dtg pick-up order... :P

It is adjustable... it can be either 6 tiers, 5 tiers, 4 tiers @ 3 tiers... kalau 2 tiers tu tak berapa cantikla..

Final set ordered by eriey... cukup sudah 6 set... rasanya ni pun kepunyaan kwn eriey gak... kali ni dia montak love theme + rosette... rimbunan rosette mcm ni blh tgk kat chiquecakes punya collection.. fiza ni expert dgn english style dia.. dan aku mmg sentiasa admire dgn hasil kerja dia.. of coursela bila kita buat takkan jadi sama kan...

Another order by eriey (triang).. ni kwn dia punya, tapi yg arrange order ni eriey... 3 set yg terakhir ni kwn eriey request deco with piping jelly & buttercream... wah...mencabar gak sebab dah lama tak melukis dgn choc ganache ni... choc ganache pun blm cukup pekat (aku letak je dlm peti.. hehehehe...kes nak cepat punya pasal)

For Sofea Amanda..

Dlm bz menyiapkan order2 dari eriey, dtg satu order.. ni mmg adhoc punya... mula2 rasa mcm tak nak ambik, tapi sebab dah lama tak buat kek, aku terima juga... haa...punyala penat... terjekar2 nak siapkan kek & cc... semua pun bake & deco on the same day (jarang buat keje gile mcm ni)...


Tapi awal2 aku dah bgtau mak sofea ni (kalau tak silap namanya Aya), yg aku tak blh nak lukis kartun @ yg sewaktu dgnnya... kira kek yg sempoi habisla ni... terkilan sebenarnya sebab tak dpt buatkan yg cantik2..

Apa2 pun hope Sofea enjoy mkn kek dgn kwn2nya kat kindergarten...

Wedding Cake - Orange + White...

Ordered by Fara (TJ) again... not sure this one for wedding @ engagement, I put wedding la... selesai sudah sesi kek & cupkek utk Fara.... tunggu bln depan lak ya Fara..

Dah lama betul tak buat roses from BC... tgn pun kekok... masa lak tak cukup sebab nak kejar masa nak pi keje lak pagi tadi, guna jela roses yg buat ni w/pun tak perfect mana...

Letak dlm box ni..cute kan?? Transparent belah atas lagi tu... kotak ni sizenya 10.5" je..so tak blh buat kek yg besar2 sgt... sebelum ni selalu silap size buat kek, so tak blh guna kotak ni..kali ni dah ukur betul2... ngam.. :D

Set terakhir yg Fara (TJ) order... mlm ni nak pulun dgn kek lak.. :D TQ so much ya Fara.... seronok keje dgn awak ni...nanti order lagi tau...

2nd set.. Also came from Fara (TJ)...sepatutnya aku peram semalam BC ni utk dptkan warna yg betul2 terang..tapi lupa nak buat...yg ni aku buat rosette...inspire dari rosette love rani, aku ubahsuai sikit jadi mcm ni..rimbunan rosette berbentuk love.. hehehe...

CC set 1 - Orange + Peach...

Order from Fara (TJ)... 1st set... peach + orange... aku tak perasan warna oren dah habis, so terpaksa campur warna merah + kuning.. hehehe...bekerja dgn Fara ni senang..tak byk songel...dia siap cakap kat aku cam ni lagi.. "ala kak..buat simple2 je..rosette cukup".. alahai Fara... asyik2 rosette...boring la.. ni akak buat cam nila... harap puas hati ya..

Mai from somewhere here (alamak lupa la tmpt asal Mai, is it Kerdau???) but works in KL ordered this cc for makan2 (if I'm not mistaken)... she's my new customer (but already booked for her hantaran early June)... I guess this one is for "testing"... she requested love theme... hope Mai satisfied with the taste...

BD cake for MIL...

Order came from Arifah to her beloved mother in law (ni mmg menantu yg baik....chewah...).. Arifah requested "burgundy" color for the base (this time I used Americolor)... tapi tula..tak nampak cam burgundy laks...sori ya Ifah, kalau tak menepati ciri2 warna yg awak nak..

Irina from Putrajaya ordered 50pcs cupcakes to surprise her mother who works in Temerloh's Bank Rakyat.. actually her mother's BD was last week (on the 7th - the same date with my son's BD)... ni kira surprise utk mama tersayangla... Irina.. nice doing business with u... hope your mom love the cupcakes...

1st set... I have to rearrange the wordings in order to make it balance...

2nd set... I add the wording "we love u so much".. otherwise the cc looks so plain...

To tell the truth, which design that this person talks about??? Is it the latest that i did??? If I'm not mistaken, that was not taken from anyone (if there is, I'm so sorry for not realizing it....) Coz sepanjang aku dlm dunia baking ni, seingat aku, kalau ada design yg aku minat, aku akan minta permission dari empunya tuan @ aku akan bg credit to that person... so, why must this ANONYMOUS person wrote something like that????

PLEASE... if u think u're right, don't just leave the comment as "ANONYMOUS".... BE YOURSELF.. tell me who u really are... don't be such a coward person...

Therefore, effective from today, all comment will be approved by me before it can be published...
