Another order came from Shahrul (my regular customer)... this time the cake is for his brother in law... Congratulations to Jeff & Siti.... I started preparing the BC on 2pm (after came back from work) and finished everything on 4.45pm... (rasanya ni deco paling ekspres yg pernah aku siapkan.. tunggang langgang dapur tu dibuatnya coz nak cepat punya pasal).... theme color for this cake is BLUE... (alamak... tulisan Selamat Bertunang tu tak center la...sori yek...)

This time I used the left handed nozzle to make the roses (aku lupa yg kak zati pernah belikan nozzle kidal utk aku...baru ni nak guna.. hehehe...)

Another 100pcs cupcakes...

I almost forgotten about these cupcakes that I've made last monday... Ordered by Kak Taharah (50pcs) & the balance goes to few friends who works with hubby (org2 yg sama yg pernah order sblm ni.. saje beli utk mkn2...)... No specific theme, so I just did the same simple design with different colors...

Simple Wedding Cake...

This CMC wedding cake is for my hubby's cousin... "Selamat Pengantin Baru" to Eija & Azrul.. semoga berbahagia selalu... at first I'm planning of making roses using choc ganache, tapi blm cukup ilmu utk buat la... so, buat jela bunga drop flowers... Kalau ikut Eija, dia nak deco yg simple, plain je... tapi tak mcm kek kawin la pulak..aku yg memandai tambah2 bunga2an ni.. harap Eija puas hati ya... hmm...alamak board terlebih besar la.. takde stok yg kecik, bantai jela kan...

Another fondant wedding cake...

My 2nd fondant cake... I bake the cake (carrot cake), after got back from work yesterday... and I started with the deco at 5am this morning... and finish at 7.30am... feel like my muscle starting to develop... hehehehe...

This order came from Anne (she ordered pink set cupcakes before)... thank you very much Anne for your support.. this is for her brother's wedding... the theme requested - peach with white & yellow flowers.. hope she satisfied with the outcome...

My 1st Fondant Cake...

Made this fondant cake last nite (yesterday was the most tiring day ever).. This cake was ordered by Kak Saniah (for "hantaran" purpose)... My first ever fondant cake... Theme color requested was white & maroon... Well, it didn't turn out the way I planned.. still needs a lot of practice on fondant cake.. credits to my dear hubby coz he's the one who contribute lot of ideas & also helped me on the outcome of this fondant cake..


On the same day, she also ordered a set of 30pcs cupcakes for "makan-makan" only... (lagi sekali lupa nak snap gambar penuh, cuma sebahagian sahaja)

160 cupcakes for IKBM...

On the same day, I have to deco another 160pcs cupcakes... These cupcakes was ordered by Kak Taharah for IKBM function on 13 November 2008.

Since last cc I wasn't happy with my outcome on rosette, I decided to practice on these cupcakes.. and it works!!! Love my rossete (walaupun still ada yg tak berapa cantik, aku rasa seronok lak buat ni ).. Finally I made it!!!...


Actually there are another set of purple rosette but my hubby forgot to snap. The only pic that he managed to snap was these last few cupcakes (yang lain2 dah sumbat dlm 1 kotak besar, yg tu lupa nak snap sebab nak cepat punya pasal)...

250 cupcakes for Primary & Secondary School Students - Day 2...

Another 25opcs cupcakes for Primary & Secondary School's Students Coloring Competition for "Kempen Kitar Semula", organized by Local Agenda 21, Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh, which was held at Sek Keb Temerloh Jaya (my son's school) on 13 November 2008.

This time I was too lazy to draw and I decided to make flowers on these cupcakes (kalau lukis2 ni lambat siap)... Lets begin with 50 pcs of yellow rosette (actually rosette ni tak menjadi coz tak pernah buat, hubby cakap ni mcm ulat bulu je)...

Lastly, 100pcs of purple rosette (planned to make a different color for another 50pcs, but too lazy to mix the BC with new color)..

All 250pcs cupcakes.. (slept at 4am on 13/11/08)....

These 250pcs cc is for Kindergarten Kids Coloring Contest for "Kempen Mesra Alam" organized by Local Agenda 21, Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh, which was held at Temerloh Esplanade Park on 12 November 2008..

And another 50pcs but too lazy to draw the yellow lining... I made swirl on the other half of cc instead..

Last set of 50pcs.. too tired to draw anymore + sleepy as well... just simple lining & dots will do...

Altogether 250pcs cupcakes in individual casing... (slept at 5.30 am on 12/11/08)..

I would consider this as an adhoc order... yup... it is... a very last minite one... the person called me on Thursday, asking whether I can make a wedding cake for him to pick up on Friday nite... oh my God... of course NO.... then, I gave him an option.. if he can pick up on Saturday morning, then I can make 1 for him... so, he agreed.. This cake is for his brother... CONGRATULATIONS to Erra & Kamarol...

Roses oh roses... it's been a while since I last made roses... need to practice a lot... otherwise I keep on forgetting how to get the right angle... hehehe...
